Rajini mania is ready to rule 2018. Not just Chennai's much loved superstar Rajinikanth announced his entry into politics on early Sunday morning but will woo his fans with not one but two movies at the box-office.
Thalaiva has been meeting fans over last few days and revealed the release date of his much-awaited sci-fi '2.0'. Directed by Shankar, the film is a sequel to 2010 hit Endhiran. 2.0 also stars Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson in the lead and has been under production for a long time now. A few weeks back the makers confirmed that the film will finally hit theatres in April 2018 and now Rajini has revealed the date as well.
According to Firstpost, 2.0 will hit theatres on April 14, Tamil New Year instead of 27 April. Much to the relief of producers for Mahesh Babu and Allu Arjun's films who wished to that the three superstars don't have a film release on the same date!
