Like in Nigeria, most hospital make use of cards where they report the patient's datas so if you have been using an hospital for treatment and their is need to change the hospital due to change in environment, definitely you will have to collect another card of that hospital before they can attend to you and this has really affected the health care system in terms of cost and also putting so many lives at risk because before they rerun tests and record it, the situation might not have any remedy again.
