Chocolate, Espresso Whisky Brownies
Wanton, chocolatey, elastic and gracious so moreish, my brownies are the main ones you will need to make later on.

1 glass cocoa powder
1½ glasses granulated sugar
½ glass icing sugar
¾ tsp salt
1 glass generally useful flour
1 tbs moment espresso
1 glass toasted pecans hacked
1 glass mixed chocolate chips
3 expansive eggs
½ square margarine, dissolved
2 tbs prepared espresso
Whisky ganache:
120g clashing chocolate chips
glass substantial cream
1 tbs margarine
Squeeze of salt
3 tbs whisky (discretionary)
Technique
Line a 20x20cm skillet with heating paper, leaving enough paper to hang over edges.
Softly oil.
Preheat broiler to 180°C.
In an expansive bowl, whisk together cocoa, sugar, flour, moment espresso.
Include eggs, margarine and espresso, and blend just until smooth.
Crease in your nuts and chips.
Spoon the blend into the container, smoothing the best.
Heat for around 35-40 minutes.
Check for availability by embeddings the tip of a blade into the inside. Brownies are done if player under covering is damp yet somewhat brittle. On the off chance that it shows up excessively wet, return, making it impossible to stove and heat a couple of minutes longer.
