Okay first things first surround yourself postive people🤗 Now that you have done that step you are ready for phase 2. Evaluating and changing the things that cause you stress. Did you know in most cases a majority of your health is due to emotional strain and stress. Do you ever finish work in ball of frustration and when you get home your basically have no value for your family left 👪 I just wanted to this impacts on emotional level as well as a physical one. And the sad part of it most us continue on the same hampster wheel with no end in sight. In some cases it's the job in other's it's are relationships. Whatever it is you work on changing it because the cost can be far more than your willing to pay 💲
