Saba banana is a triploid hybrid banana cultivar originating from the Philippines. It is primarily a cooking banana though it can also be eaten raw. It is one of the most important banana varieties in Philippine cuisine.
Saba banana Mostly Boiled this in water but instead of boiling it I just steam it and still very nice, Before I just fried it and now i try to steam and really still taste good :).
Is really Nice to know that this "Saba" type of banana is really for all you can make steam,boil,fried or even you can add as ingredients to your stew dish and everything, And of course its very healthy.
Another tips guys that banana is more healthier when its not cooking this but you know anytime is boring to eat the same so filipino people is always creative to make types of eating using saba banana.
So we find the way how to make more delicious by making dessert, Snacks and even viand is really for all :).
I usually eat this afternoon snack with coffee :).
