Dear Steemit friend!
It's hard to say my feeling rightnow. Today, I only want write something to release myself.
I have worked since June, 2017. From here to now is nearly 7 months, more than 2 months ago, I moved into a new company to start a new job. In Vietnam, you must be passed 2 months for training to become official employee. Today, I passed company training and met HR manage to talk about my contract. I'm really waiting about this conversation.
After 20 minutes talking, I become upset. I don't know how to describe my feel, after than 10 hours when finished conversation. I'm still felt discomfort.
When interviewed, I has been recommend with NET salary. But my salary was changed to GROSS salary at morning conversation with many cause very invalid.
Ex: I'm college student, company in hard process, my experience too short and I still learning skill when working.
Hell no, Why don't talk detail when interview, why agreed with my salary request and accepted me then change later? Why don't talked with me before?
And you know? I accept company's condition. I don't know what you think about me? Stupid or wise? i really want to cry! :(
Actually, everything have 2 faces. I must be need learn more to improve my skill but it's not much effect my current work.
I'm very confused and it's will effect to work. I don't want like this. What should I do now? Please let me know some advices!
