The Fresteem service is developed by the @laconic. Fresteem has 800+ Followers. Generally fresteem was a service which charge 0.100 SBD/STEEM to get post resteemed but, from now it will resteem the post for which the bounty set by using @steem-bounty service of more than 1 SBD/STEEM. The permission for this support I got from the @knircky which is developer of project that's good.
