Interesting idea. I wonder if this is an idea that the protocol can incorporate to make it more seamless. What Steem-bounty shows is that the idea works. There just needs to be a more automated process. Maybe this is not even a protocol level improvement but the front end improvement that Steemit, @busy.org, @partiko or any other front end can automate.
