I sincerely hope this prettier worker proposal is chosen, and that it can plug in to the backend correctly. I would LOVE to be able to also understand if ANYONE can make a front end with Steemconnect or Keychain , maybe the worker proposals will have MANy front ends and we will see people making their own versions under different names, taking a cut of any rewards issued perhaps, who knows if thats even possible, i bet someone here does :D So many possibilities....
And just think about this: even 1% of steem inflation going towards marketing will be enough to promote steem back to a higher price... and I believe that means $8 all time highs given enough time for the steem advertisements to "kick in" especially during a BTC bull run where peopel will be looking for osmething cheaper than Bitcoin to invest in. If steem has a consistently funded marketing campaign to promote steem as this social media solution we can drive home a few points to the greater crypto community. Steem can be promoted as a solution for 1. censorship 2. employment in developing countries 3. fast cheap dapp development 4. Fast cheap Cryptocurrency creation. All of these points can be supported with years of development, as if steem has been SAVING it up! Maybe theres a silver lining to what we all feel has been a stunted growth because of the lack of marketing/ads and maybe we can package this "delay" as more of a "beta test phase" .... as if we were just WAITING for steem to be GOOD enough before a public launch.... and the recent spike in account creation by @steem according to automated reports by @penguinpablo point to the idea that ned at steemit inc can create as many new accounts as they need at any time now.

I used Steempeak.com and added beneficiary 100% to @likwid to get 98.5% of my full liquid rewards in 7 days instead of waiting for a 13 week powerdown with Steempower :D
