there are a lot of people who complain about Steem, some are right in my view, but some are not.
But what would you change to Steem for it to work better? Only one thing and why?
I would not give Steem as payout anymore, only SMTs or tokens. Steem should only be produced by witnesses, all others shall receive SMT tokens.
Steem is needed for the SMTs to work, so you have to keep Steem Power. It's too inflationary as a currency at the moment. If you pay in different SMTs, inflation will be reduced.
As a disadvantage, I see that a few will stop being active here because of the other type of payment, but the blockchain will do better.

es gibt sehr viele Leute die über Steem meckern, manche haben recht aus meiner Sicht, manche aber andere nicht.
Was würdet ihr aber an Steem ändern, damit es besser funktioniert? Nur eine einzige Sache und warum?
Ich würde keine Steem mehr abgeben sondern SMTs oder Tokens. Steem sollten nur die Witnesse bekommen, alle andere nur SMT Tokens.
Steem braucht man damit die SMTs funktionieren, so muss man Steem halten, aber es ist zu inflationär als Währung zum Zeitpunkt. Wenn man in verschiedene SMTs bezahlt wird, wird die Inflation gemindert.
Als Nachteil sehe ich dass ein paar stoppen werden hier aktiv zu sein wegen der anderen Bezhalungsart, aber der Blockchain wird es gut tun.
