Steem needs more Curators. Стім потребує більше Кураторів.

The situation on the Steem is getting worse, in my opinion.

We are killing the system more and more with our own actions. Our actions do not motivate people to create high-quality content. I'm not talking about Whales now. I can only say about people of my level. I look at the feed and see a lot of shits. This is because people began to realize that the quality of the post don't quarantees of reward. Accordingly people began to produce a large number of non-quality content.

This situation has a bad influence to the system. It is necessary to correct it. People need motivation. People need more curators. Curators by topics. maybe by country. It needs for a system. Let's make Steem interesting again.

A few days ago I understood all this very clearly. Therefore, I will change my attitude to the content.

I stop to put upvotes for myself.

I stop supporting low-quality content.

I increase Steem Power.

I will write only quality and interesting content.

This article reflects only my personal opinion. My impressions of Steem in the last time. Maybe my opinion is not right. And I will be glad to talk about this in the comments.

Ситуація на Стім погіршується все сильніше, на мою думку.
Ми все більше і більше вбиваємо систему своїми ж діями. Наші дії не мотивують людей створювати якісний контент. Я не кажу зараз про Китів. Я можу казати тільки про людей мого рівня. Я дивлюсь у фід і бачу велику кількість шлака. Це тому що люди почали розуміти, що якість поста не є гарантом винагороди. Згідно з цим люди почали викладати велику кількість не якісного контенту.
Ця ситуація погано впливає не систему. Треба ії виправляти. Людям потрібна мотивація. Людям потрібні куратори. Може куратори по темам, може по країнам. Це потрібно системі. Давайте зробимо Стім цікавим знову.
Декілька днів тому я все це зрозумів дуже чітко. Тому я зміню своє відношення до контенту.
Я перестаю ставити апвойти самому собі.
Я перестаю підтримувати неякісний контент.
Я нарощую Стім Повер.
Я буду писати тільки якісний та цікавий контент.
