Why the waiting times for a steemit accounts are so different?

I know from my own experience that waiting time for account may be very long (< 7 days).

but some people get their account quickly (~2 days),  but why it happen? I noticed that if you will create your account at the end of the week you will recive your account faster (tuesday ~ monday, sunday ~ monday/tuesday). I registered account at tuesday but person who registered account in wednesday and we recive account in de sasme day - monday. It implies that they are collecting applications for the next week and they check applications from previous week.

So if you register in the second half of the week you will wait less.

But if you still don't have account you should wait to the until next monday to recive account.
