There are many technologies and automation systems that help government or public organizations to reduce their costs and ease people to operate, use and interact with the system either. but there are privacy and popularity issues in each concept. unless this kind of unique business plan emerged that I think is a noble invention to attract people to use an incentive-based, anonymity-oriented blockchain platform.
