This topic came about after listening to Ned last night. It became fairly clear by his answer that he flies by the seat of his pants quite a bit.@paulag's question left an eerie silence after Ned's answer and it wasn't really answered. This will happen sometimes on a live show and this is what makes it interesting.
Every business I have been in has had a strategy and a business plan. Without one you may achieve the goals or vision, but it may take a lot longer than expected. Businesses have a plan that they stick to and can be tweaked due to market changes, but the core fundamentals always stay.
It kind of makes sense to me now going back to what has been said before. A while ago when cost reductions were announced and staff were let go,something stuck in my head. Ned said that they were working on too many projects at once and decided to only concentrate on one or two.
If there was a plan that was being stuck to it would have been obvious early on that doing too much was the wrong decision and should have been changed long ago.I am happy they are working on less now and just hope they are sticking to a plan. When asked last night on time lines it was another side step.
Just some thoughts that have been bugging me and we must just see what happens.I just wish he would take the help offered by the many developers on Steem and just maybe the process would be sped up.If I was a developer (no clue) I would be highly frustrated watching the progress.
