That would allow other users or curators to room to earn because they will be having a chance to earn more before a bigger upvote comes in.
This is a good news because it just proves that the developers just wants to patch up and make steem blockchain/steemit even better for all of its users and giving a chance for everyone to have an ample amount of the piece of the pie, a fair chance to earn and be successful in this kind of a social network that helps a lot of individuals like me just for the betterment of one's life.
