As you probably heard, STEEM is now traded on Binance, a very popular exchange lately. It was hard to miss the event, because, even in this bearish market, STEEM price jumped significantly.
For reasons that I don't really understand, it started to trade at 100k satoshis, then corrected abruptly.
When I took the screenshot above it was $52.2k satoshis, trending up.
If the numbers aren't lying, at the moment of writing this article, the total traded volume since the beginning of the listing is 1,396 BTC (probably more when you'll read this). That means almost $14 million volume for just a few hours, dwarfing Bittrex, Poloniex and Upbit (the STEEM/BTC pair) all together, as it may very well go above $40-45 million by the end of the day.
All in all, fantastic news for STEEM and the Steemit ecosystem :)
