Do you know of any Steemit projects that do this?

We could change the face of Steemit if a Developer / Witness would develop a front end or add to Steemit code to provide a simplified way to automatically share our Steemit posts all over our social media accounts. This is very possible as Steemit already posts our articles in various places which helps a lot in the search engine ranking when you look for your old articles.
