Fitbit : I'm no freak of physical form, but quantification. One of the things I do almost always smartphone pocket bag is to use to synchronize with the bracelet, and the last thing I do at night is to set the alarm (I spent years waking up with vibration bracelet). Among Fitbit and Endomondo , which is what used to go for a walk, I reason enough to maintain a reasonable weight (if it were not so, and considering what I like to eat, would roll)
Twitter and Facebook : essential to keep updated ... in different areas, but definitely part of my day - to - day (in the transcript of the interview is obviously danced a number, my number of followers on Twitter is not 26,000 but 267,000 : - )
Instagram : for someone who enjoys photography from the era of fully manual film cameras, Instagram and filters are pure visual pornography
Feedly : lost at any time, I give a boost to my feeds and keep me informed
