Hello to all inhabitants of Telos. Zaragast aka Giuseppe speaking and I’m here to tell you in few words who we are and what we do.
We are simply 7 young crazy guys, with skills in different sectors such as Web development, marketing and management. And what about me? I am a youtuber, (pretty famous in Italy indeed) working to provide information and clarification about the crypto world for my compatriots but not only.

I am a 24-year Economics student and yes, I'm the youngest Block producer on the Telos network. In my free time I like programming so in every free moment I try to deepen my knowledge focusing my attention to the study of the blockchain world. Speaking about the Block Production, I made my bones operating directly on the field, taking place as BP and witness respectively on EOS and Steem blockchain. In this way I improved my technical expertise in block production and securing node applications. We started our adventure on Telos a little late than some of our colleagues but during September we began to get excited about this project aimed at healthier governance and cleaner and more democratic network.

Since September, without earning anything and getting in the game with energy and great enthusiasm we have been involved in the testnet, experimenting with the other pioneers new advanced forms of computer security. Then, as you well know, we took part to all TLG calls for the network-maintenance and the GO/NO GO. Until finally we voted Go, and today we are operating in the mainnet, at the moment in position #27.

We have many ideas in mind, from the development side we are creating a simple, intuitive web wallet with a touch of Italian style. Moreover, we are creating a telos saving fund whose purpose will be announced later.

In fact, for those unfamiliar with our philosophy and our mission (I would also refer you to our website: https://eosimpera.io) We would like to create a system to finance projects and ideas on the TELOS protocol to encourage the growth ecosystem. What we can grant you is that we will try to do all we have set out to do working hard every day.

Mission

The mission of EOS IMPERA is to finance small and medium projects, allocating funds raised from the activity of block producer. The activity of block producer will generate funds only when a certain number of votes is Staked to Eosimperabpi. Produced blocks will be allocated on a dedicated account and from there publicly used to finance 2 main expense chapters: 1) internal cost 2) external projects.

Internal costs of Eosimperabpi are mainly: team, infrastructure development running cost and maintenance.
External projects are those idea, projects, product development submitted by 3rd party that will be approved and validated by the forum of eos impera.
Eosimperabpi will periodically review figures of such budget allocations depending on the variables directly affecting them ( production income directly derived from the ranking of votes staked and market volatility).
Eosimperabpi final goal is and remain the creation of value in Eos ecosystem that we believe is achived maximising the input the external projects finding.
