Hello everybody,
after quite some time, we finally reworked the SmartScore & Review-System.
Our goal was to make it easier for the Moderators to be able to review more Users in a short period of time (because as you might have seen, there are currently over 300 Users Pending) and to make it easier for the User to understand the metrics.
Introducing: SmartStars
While we previously worked with a points-system with 5 different categories (quality, value, uniqueness, motivation, engagement) where the maximum amount was at 25 - and below 10, the User would be reject and not whitelisted - we found that system to be too complex to review a high amount of users without wasting a lot of time.
That's why we decided to replace it with something we call SmartStars.
How does it work?
Well, it is actually fairly simple.
When a Moderator reviews a new User, this is what he / she sees.

Instead of having a lot of different checkboxes or other things that the moderator has to use for the specific user, there is now only 1 thing (besides the optional feedback box) that has to be changed.
