I am very confused ever since HF21. It seems like upvotes aren't worth what they used to be?
For instance I see on my last post, an upvote from Precious for $1.123 but the total post rewards are only $0.861.
Something doesn't add up. Can anyone point me to a new explanation of the rewards? I'd appreciate it.
