No Yanks on Binance! WTF Do I Do Now?

I'm overseas now. I'm in the most wonderful country of Laos. I love to ride bicycles and honestly hate cars, trucks, or any motorized vehicle, preferring to walk or bicycle which means I don't have a driver's license making it hard to do that KYC bullshit.

I just found out Binance no longer works with Americans. I've searched Google for alternatives, but they all suck or require KYC. WTF do I do now? I won't get my disability payment until September 30th and was really counting on cashing in some STEEM to survive. I'm sure the last remaining Steemians left can give me and others in my situation some advice on how to trade STEEM to BTC without KYC.
