I do not understand how can Steempower get more value over time.

So each day the system generate more and more Steempower and as I accumulate Steempower my vote become more and more powerful to generate money?

I also can earn more Steempower by just holding it like proof of stake in NEO, right? But how much Steempower I get by just holding it and do nothing else?

Steempower will be freezed for 2 years before I can cashout and it will worth more Steem. This mean 1 Steempower will worth more than 1 Steem in next 2 years or I will keep getting more of Steempower by just holding it but 1 Steempower still worth 1 Steem?
