The ranking formula is as follows: number_of_unique_linking_authors^2 + number_of_unique_linking_authors * n_of_links. This means that the ranking score will grow quadratically with the number of unique linking authors and linearly with the number of unique linking posts.
This ranking includes only links from posts made between 2016-09-01 and 2016-09-08 without a parent_author (not comments) with a non-negative number of votes excluding a short list of noisy authors.
