I have experience being in charge of staff. A large staff. Many people from all walks of life.
If you cater to those who consistently find things to be unfair, all you're left with are people who will consistently find things to be unfair. It doesn't matter what you change, they're just wired to see things as unfair. That's who they are. That's what they'll be. They're dependent on others to take care of their needs.
It's typically better for business when you embrace those who can start at the bottom, take anything life throws their way, climb the ladder, and become good at what they do. Those are strong individuals and they are good to have around. If they see a challenge, they won't back down. If they see a problem, they'll want to help fix it, rather than leaving it up to someone else.
That's all I meant by that.
