SatoshiBakery.com has included STEEM into the faucet section of their website. The faucet is live, but upon making a successful claim, the following message appears in red text.
Please note that we are NOT open yet and no payouts will be given until then. We are opening in December, follow us on Twitter to be notified. The stats will be reset, payouts will be given, but the amount is not guaranteed and will be adjusted.
Only time will tell what the adjustment is, or if any STEEM will be paid out at all, but as of the time of this post, nearly 60,000 users have claimed 175 Steem in recent weeks in an attempt to find out. Since we're only a few days outside of December now, I'd expect to see an update soon .
