Just a few hours to go and Steem will hardfork to version 0.18.1. It is scheduled for today 15:00 UTC (11:00 am EST).
Please don't feel discouraged in the next few days if you experience a drop in your author and curation rewards. It will be temporarily. As you can read in the release notes it is expected that both the author and the curation rewards will drop after the hard fork. Especially the first day after the hardfork the rewards will be significantly lower, but they will increase over the next 30 days until it reaches a steady state.
