Total lack of STEEM support and communication make growing your steem account very difficult.
Is this just me? is there a direct route to actually getting some communication from a support agent if they in fact, do exist?
While we would buy STEEM on a daily basis to grow our account it seems very unlikely, should a problem arise, that it could be resolved. Especially if you have 10s of 1000s of dollars in STEEM.
Is there something that I am missing? tried the chat....tried the email.....nothing.
