How this possible internal Median Price is stuck?

I have noticed for the last 7-8 days that the internal Median Price is stuck? I look the internal median price on steemnow. For the last 7-8 days, steem Price was less then 0.19$ . And SBD Price was less then 0.90$ .

it's standing at 0.216$ and the steem price was lower than that in the last7 days, even now the steem price is at 0.17$ and

SBD Price was less then 0.90$

How this possible internal Median Price is stuck?
