So i just noticed this payout(author rewards) of my posts yesterday that indicated a fraction of steem tokens as part of the reward distribution.

So I would assume that 24hrs have passed, steemit conducted some changes in part of the reward distribution on every post. I did search for some updates but can't find any. I haven't read about someone writes the similar issue. I wonder what's happening inside the steem blockchain while the entire cryptocurrency industry faced it's series of attacks and demotion.

What would be the causes of this change? and the effects?
