Elevator Pitch - Why should a potential investor consider buying STEEM?

As part of the campaign, I would like to create a "50 reasons to invest in STEEM" post (or 100, or however many we can come up with) for people to use when pitching STEEM to potential investors. Help me come up with the list of reasons.
