One of the first posts I read when I first joined steemit was this one by @firepower:
And then a few months later this is a post I read by @papa-pepper:
My thoughts when I was reading these posts where something along the lines "damn, these guys have put their soul into this platform, I wish I stick and maybe one day have a similar story to share.."
Sadly, I have not made 75000 $ yet, neither have I made enough steem to buy a car and still have a nice fat steem bag left to hodl comfy.
After all, for me STEEM is a long-term bet and I would like to HODL most of the steems I earn. My plan is to just accumulate more and more and maybe one day sell most of my bag if I have enough coins to "retire"...
But a man has to treat himself every now and then. And when I saw a classified ad on @steemychicken1's facebook page I knew the time had come to buy me a tangible gift. Long story short, over the next 7 days I had liquidated 1000 of my steems (~2500 euros at the time) and made all the boring paper work to acquire this little beauty:
A second-hand Kymco Downtown 300i, which as it turned out was from a close friend of @steemychicken1 who had taken so good care of it that it was as good as new!
Yeah, I know, it's not a lambo and it's not a "real" motorbike but it's perfect for my needs, meaning it's big and fast enough to easily go small-medium trips with a hot babe on the passenger's seat. What I love even more though is how it has all kinds of places to put stuff inside... Like this one, which I am using as a beer holder:
For someone who's motto (huh!) is to never drive sober this is a must!
All it's missing now is some cool STEEM stickers. I plan to make some, one of these days, it's the least I can do for Steemit that has treated me so generously. After all, through all the years I have been making money online, I have never encountered any other place where I could make so much money just by posting Trump memes, strange animals and strange dick photos!
Here are some more photos:
The new babe next to the old one, my old trusted Kawasaki Kaze-r. I hope the new one turns out to be as resilient as the old one!
And here's a front photo, quite sexy if you ask me:
Once again, thank you everybody for hitting that upvote button. This would have impossible without you! I promise to stick around and deliver you one shit post after the other. <3 :D
Steem On :D
