Therefore, it is imperative for us to know that 'He' is at it again, taken our community to the next level of all round development through his collaboration with @steemalliance structure proposals by identifying the one that will suit the need or propel this community forward.

This review won't be complete if I don't say anything on steemalliance as the organizer of the project.
What is steem alliance?
The Steem Alliance is an idea of a community coming together to build a foundation with the collective goal of improving Steem as a whole.
The Goal of the Steem Alliance
The goal of this future foundation is to be the combined “face of the chain”, working alongside additional groups as well as Steemit Inc. to better the Steem platform together. With a main focus on helping to push Steem into the mainstream arena with focus on marketing, upkeep of Steemit.com, development of steemd, outreach and Steem events. Funding would need to be fundraising/profit based but also with large seed from Steemit Inc. itself.

"Decentralized Steem Incubator" Submitted By @alexvan
Main Goal
Main focus shall be the development of new self sustainable projects, being it business, NGOs or personal individual projects on the Steem blockchain.
Leadership Role
those that will occupy the position, board of directors will be voted through elections from various parts of the world
There is a need for a lawyer and an accountant. Board of the foundation shall be global, 2 members of each continent shall be represented. This ensures a global scale of idea exchanges and blocks monopoly. It is also ensures DECENTRALIZATION, one of the major things the Steem blockchain is based upon.
Budjet for the project
There is an ongoing discussion between handing over the funds to projects or the projects receive funding in a delegation.
I'm in favor of delegation as a project can fail and then the given funds are gone. With delegation, a better budget overview and track record are made.
I would go for 80% delegation and 20% in liquid form.

Main Goal
Purpose of the foundation is to strengthen communities. A focus should be on combining economic incentives with “normal” community management. This purpose captures the specific character of Steem blockchain as well as the importance, communities have for Steem ecosystem
Leadeship Roles
There is no central decision or coordination body. Only central structures are 2-3 paid-for facilitators, helping to set up the foundation according to its purpose and rules.
The proposed foundation is no legal entity but is consistently relying on peer-to-peer relationships within the network of working-circles or between working-circles and funding partners outside the foundation.
Who may form a working-circle?
Every group of at least five Steemians with all together at least 2000 SP, willing to fulfill a task in favor of DeCentraSteems’ purpose, may form a working circle to do so.

The goal of this proposal is to create and grow a sustainable ecosystem around Steem blockchain and to make Steem the leading blockchain for decentralized apps and communities worldwide.

The goal of this proposal is to combine some of the best ideas put forward and work alongside Steemit Inc to build the most beneficial Community Foundation possible, through collaboration. The Foundation will be where community members, investors, developers, and influencers come together to advance the Steem ecosystem and underlying technology.

Accountability
All Steem accounts owned by the Foundation should be set to @steem as Trustee and monitored for unauthorized advanced changes (ie. vesting route, trustee account, active authority) as well as unauthorized use of third party services. To mitigate inadvertent loss of control, third party services should be avoided unless absolutely necessary. No individual user should ever be set as Trustee for a Foundation account
Community Involvement
The general public has the ability to run a campaign to serve on any of the Topical Sub-Boards. They also have the ability to present requests for funding to the board.
Foundation Funding
The startup funding is anticipated to come from Steemit Inc through direct donation or other agreed upon method

Official Election Dates: April 10th - April 17th
This will be an On Chain election using the dpoll interface. There will be a post published on April 10th announcing the start of the election as well as including important information about the Structure Proposals and clear instructions on the vote itself.
The Election will run for 7 days (From 10th of April to the final day being April 17th)
