I second this application!
Not only because he did his responsibilities as the leader of our city, Cebu, but he also gave enough effort to uplift our community even those who do not have the privilege to have a steem accounts.
For instance is back when he leaded one of the gift giving events for our community here in Cebu were families were chosen to ba a part of the charity last December. Mind you, those families do not have steem accounts. How much more if we're going to imagine the efforts he did for the steemit community?
And this is only one out of many efforts he did as one of our leaders here in Cebu community.
Now I only hope for him to achieve this application so that he can further extend his efforts as much as he can.
