More Compact Widget - Removed margins between labels to make the widget more compact and less intrusive.
Time to Full - Added time to full counter to the Voting Power label.
Added Help Message on Widget - Added help message to the widget when the user has yet to input a username in the Steem Assistant options.
Fixed Version Number - Fixed the version number displayed in the Steem Assistant options. Now displays v1.3.
