This is the 100 Push Ups a day for 30 days Challenge
Before, you start the challenge always consult with your physician before starting any exercise regime.
Take some measurements if you are able. Take some before pictures and record yourself daily performing the 100 push-ups.
Take measurements of your weight, make a muscle and measure your right and left biceps. Measure your stomach around the belly button. Also, measure around your chest.
Before, you start doing your push-ups stretch first!!!
Next do as many push-ups that you can without stopping until you reach muscle failure. This is your max rep.
You may have to perform other exercises after doing your max rep in order to continue to complete the 100 push-ups. If this is the case keep track of how long it takes you to complete 100 push-ups. Stop if you have to and began it the next day.
After that do the rest in sets until you have reached 100 push-ups.
