Word for Today: My comfort in my suffering is this: Your promise (Word) preserves my life. (Psalm 119:50 NIV)
Life is an awesome schoolmaster with the goal that reflection encourages us to take in the lessons we need to know. To be able to remember anything, we should have read, heard or seen it previously. So how much of God's word do you remember? You can'I consider how often we battle unnecessarily, as Christians since we don't take the time to read, study, and ponder God's Word.
The remembrance of God's word should make long for the unsaved, to bring them in to the shelter Christ provides. God's decrees are the theme of my song says the Psalmist. Permit me to ask us what are the themes of the songs we sing or listen to all day long? What songs are stored in our laptops, phones and other mobile devises? Finally reflecting on God's word as a habitual practice helps us obey His precepts.
Prayer: Father, help us study your Word and remember what we learned as You guide and preserve our lives through Your Word today and forever.
