God made the world and rest and left order for man to enjoy the fruit of his work. Therefore do not waste it following the current dictated by the current society system (the world).
Take advantage of this time of rest and make it an opportunity to rethink certain aspects related to different areas of our life, which affects the fundamental purpose of the family of God, speaking openly, about how your family feels and receiving the support you need.
In this sense, it is important to recognize that both you and the rest of the family members have the opportunity to speak and be listened to openly and respectfully, and that what is said be truly taken into account, according to the order of God.
This can be planned in advance, whether they agree to go on a trip or stay at home, opinions must be heard, in order to seek harmony, consensus and understanding of the coexistence of doing one or another thing.
A trip, a vacation that does not teach us that we live in a world full of terrible and disturbing contrasts and incoherence are not really an act of liberation, of creative, joyful and restorative knowledge. They are a simple object of consumption that helps to increase and consolidate our frustration.
The absence of a critical vision before the need to break with the routine and the obsession to follow the dictates of the publicity, have turned us into passive spectators in any situation. Accepting with resignation those rules and "suggestions" that the gods of advertising offer us. Thanks to the intense and chronic obsession to consume, we are "forced" to continue.
That is why you, together with your family, should be clear that the enjoyment of holidays should be moments of rejoicing and sharing where the realization of activities that do not build, should not be in the planning that has been previously done.
Share, but take time to reorder your life and get closer to the giver of life, who is the one who provides for your sustenance, as well as to enjoy the moment you live. Remember, you are resting, but Jesus is working to make your vacation as pleasant as possible, therefore do not stop praying and if you travel, include moving with the Lord, try to carry out that which the spirit has placed you and for lack of time he has not been able to do it.
