If you are to lead a team or group of people in achieving greatness in life, how much time do you spare to prepare for it?
Do you meditate on the agenda and anticipate any likely controversial issues?
Do you visualise the participants in the group that contributing their own ideas?
Do you even anticipate what points a particular person might raise?
Do you see yourself in control of the group as regards the direction of debates, discussions and decisions to be taken?
Have you really ensure to set out the A time for starting and ending ?
For any successful team/ group work, the leader must have planned and prepared himself physically, emotionally and spiritually, in order to direct the meeting effectively.
When the chairman comes to a meeting unprepared, the meeting is not purpose-driven. Preparation is vital to the success of any meeting or any function.
Our Lord Jesus is a leader, and before he came do die for our sins, he already know and calculate all his work here on earth
