People's Democratic Party in Jammu and Kashmir - After the collapse of the PDP and the Bharatiya Janata Party's alliance, uncertainty about what is going on in the formation of the government in the state. PDP leader Mehbooba Mufti has left the post of chief minister in the continuation of withdrawing support from the BJP coalition government. In the 2014 elections, the National Conference and the Congress in the third and fourth place respectively, in favor of Mehboobbar, have rejected the possibility of forming a coalition with the party. There are 87 seats in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly. In May 2014, the elections were held in the valley, where PDP got 28 seats. The BJP got 25 seats. Apart from this, Omar Abdullah's party National Conference 15, Congress 12 and others got 7 seats. The BJP and the PDP jointly formed the alliance after ensuring 44 seats for the remaining 44 seats.
If the PDP, the National Conference and the Congress are in the hands of the current members of the Assembly, then it is possible to form a stable government only. But the Congress has refused to be part of the PDP government. Congress leader Golam Nabi Azad told reporters on Tuesday, "The question of formation of coalition with PDP does not arise." According to him, 'Himalaya has made a mistake' by forming a coalition with the local party. Local groups should be allowed to cooperate with other local teams.
The government can also be formed if the PDP, the National Conference and several independent directors are formed. But the leader of the National Conference Omar Abdullah has rejected the possibility. He told reporters that he had talked with the governor. He told the governor, "The National Conference 2014 did not have the necessary majority to form the government; Not even in the year 2018. Nobody came to us for the formation of a government and we are not going to offer any proposal to anyone. "He thinks that power should be transferred to the governor's hands in such a situation. He said, "We should have confidence in the governor's bungalow in deciding on Jammu and Kashmir."
Thirdly, if the National Conference, Congress and others refrain from participating in confidence vote, the PDP will be able to manage the minority government. According to the Indian Constitution, in the absence of the possibility of formation of the governor of Jammu and Kashmir, the maximum number of seats available may invite PDP to form a 'minority government'. This type of government will last only when no one brings his trust. But there is no possibility that Mehboob has not been victimized due to differences with the BJP, which got the second highest seat, and broke the alliance.
In this situation, Jammu and Kashmir's destination is one. According to the Constitution, the Assembly was disbanded and governor's rule was issued in the state. Explaining the reasons for withdrawing support from Mehboobar party, BJP leader Ram Madhav said at a press conference in New Delhi that "Being a JM and Kashmir alliance was creating instability for the BJP. It is necessary for the governor to go to power to handle the security situation there. "Ram Madhav said, keeping in view the integral part of Jammu and Kashmir's integration with India, it is better to give our opinion, to the governor of power, to control the present situation of the state." The political will of BJP is going to be implemented.
