How I found steemgigs and learned about it was from a post by @surpassinggoogle on steemit describing an idea where people can earn an extra income kind of like how freelancing is done. I want to to contribute by posting my service about web design
I can design your web page for you and even if you want to do more, I will add up to 3 pages. A web page is simply what you see when you first land on a web site. For example when you go to the blocktrades web site here >>>https://blocktrades.us/ you will see the first page and you can then go to other pages within that website, those are the sub domains. Some additional pages or subdomains can be portfolio, about, contact...or whatever it is you need created that is relevant to your purpose.

Requirements
All I need to know is the type of website you are trying to create. For example (type: eCommerce). Then I will need a logo to place in the header in a .png style format. Other things like finding pictures to use I will find unless you specify otherwise.
For a full website design we will need to discuss and see how we can get it done right.
Lastly, the format you want the final product delivered. It can be done in Photoshop, jpeg, or in html. Those are the only options. HTML can be converted to a word press theme, if you want to use word press instead.
