Do you know that steemian brother beside you? Do you know pretty @sweetsssj well enough? Hahaha, yes you know that they blog and they like vlogs etc but what else do you know?
One pertinent aspects of the #steemgigs vision is "the human behind the steemian".
Since the inception of #steemgigs, developers have shown interest in creating an interface, that will allow steemians post #steemgigs from; a hub for all steemgigs! However, during certain discussions it becomes obvious; if our vision is intact, broad and beautiful, why rush or be shaken by events. An interface will definitely pop up soon and it can be our very own #steemgigs interface or another's; whatever the case, we will attain our goals and our goals transcends way beyond interfaces. We aren't waiting for people/steemians to come to us with their needs, we (steemians indeed) are going out to them, to reach them!
Obviously, this is the harder road and we are taking it!
What Has Been Happening All Along?
What exactly have we been building with #steemgigs in the past months, while we wait for our interface to stem up:
the best/strongest/solidest/ever-buzzing community on steemit.
How Is Our Community Different?
Our community is a bee hive. You can also chose to call it an Ant Hill; because it is buzzing with awesomeness! Didn't expect this much splendidness when it all started. It is something different. It is a fresh experience.
It has an edge, simply because we know extra things about steemians, that you may not know, except you are in this community;
we know each other down to our expertise/craft/hobbies/vision/dream/intermediate expertise.
For instance, if someone gets on our discord server and says: "Gosh i am desperate, i have an exam in 2 weeks and there are ton of formula, that i need to memorize to be able to pass this exam". We can instantly say: "Calm down buddy, don't worry @flauwy has you covered".
How about, if someone says; "Gosh, i got pranked by Ownage last week and i have to get back at him but i don't know how to speak in multiple voices"; we can easily say; "The world is not over, don't worry, @teamhumble will take care of that".
Let's go up a notch! Some says, "i have this great idea but i don't know how to monetize it"; we can easily speak to @sircork on your behave and make those dreams happen!
"You want to spread the word about a new token that you created and you want to distribute it to the steemit community or you want to spread the word about my new digital magazine to the steemit community more efficiently"; we can easily call on @steemitqa
"You want to make fancy headers/footers for your post and you want to gift some out to other steemians"; we certainly know that @thatsweeneyguy can facilitate that!
"You want to give out a perfect gift to several steemians" and we can say; "let @daddykirbs create fancy customized banners for you or let @texttospeech convert your desire comment or post into awesome voiceovers".
"You need to find a steemian with a social media reach of 25 million"; we know who to call!
"You want to create concepts to enable donations the real world; in countries that you cannot physically reach"; we can call on @inphiknit and @drpuffnstuff.
Whatever it is you need, we are confident that we can give directions or get you a steemian indeed! And if we need to improvise, we have @jacobts for sure!
Hahaha, we are even getting to an awesome stage, where we realizing steemians who are alike. I mean, won't life be so much easier, if you knew a steemian, who is practically your clone, when it comes to vision, attitude and mentality? "Oh, you will love to know and don't be shocked, if we already know the answer!"
Yes, as our community actualize #steemgigs, they get additional reputation and the "human behind the steemians", becomes ever more glowing!
It is a beauty!
It is utmost beauty, when you have the power in your hands to assist others in ways beyond SBDs. "Knowledge is power".
The most amazing thing that the whole #steemgigs endeavor has highlighted, like we hoped it would, from the onset is:
Steemians really love to practice their expertise, as they can create their own dreams, build their vision while playing a role in helping other steemians actualize their dream. Many steemians love doing this, even more than just blogging!
Steemians do love the word "client" and they like to be actively applying their craft, while helping others building their enterprises.
Many steemians, upon reach steemit, get lost in only the blogging aspect of steemit and forget the other aspects of the steem blockchain. They also tend to forget who they were before they got on steemit but #steemgigs is already helping to adjust this!
According to me, bring your vision, dreams, expertise, brands, that always existed before steemit and take it to a whole new level by virtue of steem technology.
You have a home, with steemgigs! If you have an entire vision that you want to build, that looks all impossible because you can't code etc; simply write a #steemgig or join our discord server because yes, we know several steemian developers and ultimately, we know what they can handle.
We are currently 170 steemians on the discord server but we are talking "170 steemians who have something to offer you".
Remember one of our motto is: "Everyone has something to offer". If you don't know what you can offer, join us on discord can help you find that out!
We want to imploring steemians, who have been posting steemgigs to stay "too lazy to quit". If you put out #steemgigs with giveaways and no participants, post again with new terms! We can always add something to your bounty to stir more interest. Simply reach us on the discord.

Ultimately, we are still looking for delegated steempower to support steemGIGgers and that is still in the making. We will certainly work out something in this regard as we want steemgiggers to earn for creating unseen value! We also working to see if we can do a @steemfestdreams for one steemian who post #steemgigs.
So much talk in progress and for now, we keep talking, till action happens!
