WinAuth is a portable open source Authenticator for Windows users. It can provide time-based authenticators, e.g. Google Authenticator. WinAuth can be used in any sites supporting Google Authenticator, e.g. Bittrex, Coinbase, Kraken etc.
With this great tool, you do not have to get your phone when you login to sites requiring two factor authentication.
