"Screenshot Utility" is nothing revolutionary but it's a basic tool that allows you to edit in pretty much any where you want to at the screenshot you take.The main feature i like is that the ability to blur things so it helps to focus certain path of the screen shot.So you can blur the rest of it.And you can also do the basic things like you can draw something in it,or mark on it etc.It is very light weight app i.e 3.2 MB so ,it worth trying.
