This product provides its customers with a conducive atmosphere to nap. It is already programmed to a 20 minutes nap time bUT can be adjusted. It has an inbuilt music player that plays soft rhythms to block any distraction or noise. It also has a light awakening system and vibration that gradually awakens and removes grogginess.
