This is a great followup to Khanacademy.org. Coursera offers free online classes from prestigious universities such as Yale, Stanford, and Caltech. Students can enroll in many online classes that hundreds of universities offer and even earn certificates for their learning.
Perks
- Students can take courses for free
- These courses are very comprehensive and cover many different areas.
- Students can adjust their own schedules. So, if they have something going on during the day, they can study at night.
