It is a software designed for architect, it seems to be very similar to revit, he develops 2D and 3D drawings with ease, he makes calculations of materials as well as render and place texture in each material. you can export the documents to autocad if it is your pleasure to do it .. also collaborates with vray in the rendering. It is very versatile and a great tool for all interior designers and architects.

Ease of exporting Autodesk
Quality renders with the help of vray.
