We already keep our Apple watch charged wherever we go with Kanex's GoPower Watch portable battery.

This device is small enough to travel easily in your bag. We just put our watch on top of the GoPower watch battery.
The device uses the same inductive charging connector as Apple to give a wireless charge to your Apple Watch.
