Are you a fidgeter or a leg bouncer when you sit like I am? Oh man, especially after my first cup of coffee I wanna MOVE, so when just plain standing isn't enough, you bust out this guy! I think this would be so fun to try, it works to keep your legs and core engaged by forcing your balance while you work and I'm sure you could get some awesome stretches and twists in as well.

I'm guessing this isn't for you to stand on ALL day, but rather, in short sprints slowly working your stregnth up and up. This is so damn cool to me, would you try it?
