Our involvement on a decentralized network brings with it - responsibility / influence. Communities need member input... a Quality vote.
When a member has a stake in an institution- they vote thoughtfully. Quality votes. Better outcomes.
Imagine a Borderless Community - Self sovereign citizens with rights.
Rights that include the right to mint tokens.
That's Basic Income. Rights+Income
